IPS Full Form

(In-Plane Switching)

In-Plane Switching (IPS) is a type of screen technology used for liquid crystal displays (LCDs). IPS technology was developed by Hitachi in 1996. IPS provides more uniform color reproduction and greater viewing angles than traditional twisted nematic (TN) LCDs.
